This page explains how KJ GLOBAL LLC processes orders, ships products, and handles returns and exchanges.
Order processing
Orders placed through our Shopify storefront or TikTok Shop are confirmed by email. We begin processing after payment is approved. Most orders ship within 1?2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping within the United States
We ship to addresses within the United States using tracked carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns and exchanges
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email ruikai@kjgloballlc.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.
Age and safety restrictions
Microneedling devices and unopened accessories may be returned within the stated return window if unused and in original packaging, but opened or used needle cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Customers must follow manufacturer instructions for safe use. Age 18+ purchase and use restrictions apply.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within five to seven business days after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
