Where can I buy your products?
We sell Dr. Pen devices, cartridges, and accessories through our Shopify storefront and TikTok Shop. Further product categories will be added as they are qualified. Both channels offer the same products, pricing, and policies.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1?2 business days. Transit time depends on your location and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened or used needle cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our expense.
Who do I contact about an order issue?
Email ruikai@kjgloballlc.com with your order number and a brief description. We handle support directly and typically reply within one business day.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Send an email to ruikai@kjgloballlc.com with the products and quantities you have in mind, and we will send a quote or follow-up questions.
Where is your company located?
KJ GLOBAL LLC is registered in Colorado, United States, and our business is operated from there. Orders ship from within the United States.
Are your products tested for safety?
Dr. Pen products are manufactured by their maker under its own quality standards. We are a retailer, source through established supply channels, and comply with applicable United States product safety and labeling requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify accepts major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other standard payment methods. TikTok Shop uses its own integrated checkout.
How do I know which device or cartridge is right for me?
Product pages list model specifications and cartridge compatibility. Microneedling devices are personal-care tools for adults 18 and older; follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a licensed professional if you are unsure.
